- Description
- A possible knowledge gap in entrepreneurship literature became evident following a comparative qualitative study of three Indigenous entrepreneurial groups, being Australian Aboriginal, Native Hawaiians and Māori entrepreneurs. When the relationship between Indigenous social and human capital in networking within a majority settler society business culture was addressed the manner and process that Indigenous entrepreneurs apply to networking to achieve business goals suggests that underlying social and human capital dimensions are unique to their individual cultures. Comparative characteristics where applied as a basis to explore any possible differences between levels of social and human capital that influence the networking practices of Indigenous entrepreneurs.
